May 20 2005 (Friday)

Actually it's about 2:30 in the morning and I've not yet been to bed from Thursday. Do I still call it Friday?
*grin* I know, I know. It's after midnight. It's Friday.

The Dreamwalk Journal comic has been updated. *chuckle* Now if I can just keep up with that! :) I realized
that since I mentioned Ed and I are about year ahead in having the pages done, that I'll have no real excuse in
not updating on time, will I? I should have kept my mouth shut.

Now to get around to filling up those darned "Work in progress" pages.

We had a visit from the Hobb's Grove boss lady and a couple other folks who work the Grove with us. We sat
around and talked about the Haunted House and Haunt Con and what Haunt Con might have inspired in us for
scares for the upcoming season. It was productive and it's always fun. We talked a little bit about
Nocturnum, the club that we're putting together that's sort of an off shoot from Hobb's Grove but will
eventually be a separate entity. Mostly for fun. To do charity functions. Parades. Etc. Good advertising for
Hobb's.

I'll be going to the eye Dr later today for a follow up from a few days ago. We'll see what he has to say. You
should see the bruising, now! It's grown considerably. Now it looks like I was punched in the eye. Owies! I'll
see if I can post a photo.

This is what it looked like the day before yesterday. You should see it now. The bruising on the lid has
gone further up toward my brow and has wrapped further around the both corners of my eye. Colorful! ;)
And…my puppy Buffy is sick. I don't know why this time. Every other time I could figure it out. But this
time has me stumped. She's not eaten since last night. Though I finally got her to drink broth and bit of
pedialyte. Her gums were getting a bit pale so she was getting dehydrated. She's better in that area
now, but she's still not well. She just wants to lay in Ed's arms. That's it. It's very sad to see. In to the
vet she goes. It's stressing me a lot.

It's going to be a very long day.
