Woah. Went to the chiropractor today.

Um.

Ouch.

Remember I wrote that I'd fallen down a few days back and it sorta jarred my back? Apparently I pinched my
sciatic nerve.

Owies!

I was lucky, I know. I've heard of folks who are in a great deal more pain from such a pinch, than I was.

She massaged my hip SO hard to get the spasming muscle that was pinching it to relax.

Owies.

Well, actually, it was really weird. See, I'm really, uh, really ticklish. And when she pressed that spot, it was
one of my bad tickle spots. I mean, I burst out giggling every time. But this time, I burst out giggling and
yelling ow, and giggling, and yelling ow.

I think my brain exploded trying to figure out if I was in pain, or if it was ticklish.

Weird weird weird.

Then she aligned my poor spine. I've never had that done before. It cricked all the way down.

Ugh.

Hate that.

Yep. Hate it so much, I'm going back in a month.

*grin* I know it's good for me. My bones are getting a bit on the much weaker side so I'm starting to lift
weights and this--going to the chiropractor--can only help.

She's a really neat lady, too. 67 years old and she doesn't look any where near it. Maybe, maybe 50. Pretty
cool. And very sensitive fingers.

Now, about those alien life forms. I found another whole slew of 'em. A dozen growing in a group. I wonder if
they've been there all along and only just now have been stimulated somehow to grow.

But--this is not a wet area. It's not real foresty. And they're still blooming and berrying way WAY early. And I
think that this species is not native to CA. I think they're European, but I'm not sure. Also, they should not be
at this point of their growth cycle until Autumn! Talk about unusual. That and the fact that we've let the back
yard basically go to seed. We've not taken care of it - though we have a gardener come in every other week to
mow, etc. So, I dunno.

Aliens. Yup.

I have more photos of the new bunch, too. The only reason I spotted them was because of the dead leaves
surrounding them. The leaves died off, exposing the berry stalk part. Go here to see the new photos.

On the others, the berries are already starting to fall off as they turn that deep orange-red. Cool. I'm going to
keep my eye on them, though. Maybe more will show up in the dead of night.

Maybe it's some sort of "lords and ladies" sanctuary. *grin*
