Ooookay! Happy birthday to me!!!! Woo hoo!
Actually I celebrated yesterday cause then Kim could stay up late. *smile* We celebrated her b-day at the
same time. Mine is on the 14th, hers on the 15th.
Just easier. *grin* And less diet death! Urk.
I had shrimp and pizza. Yes, what a combo, aye? Stuff I normally can't have. So I pumped up the insulin and
dove it. Nummers. (Oh, no real cheese on the pizza though. That would be pushing it too much. *sigh*) But the fried shrimp was nummers. Mmmmm. I didn't get cake. I asked for cookies instead. From Hungry Bear Cookies. They make the best. Nummmm. Oatmeal chocolate chip. Mmmmmmmm.
Then presents! Wheeeeeeeee! Stuff. I got CUTE clothes from Tanamin who bought the right size - or so it
claimed on the tags - but they fit like, I mean, SMALL. Tight tight tight around my boobies! Hellllooo? Way to make teenagers think they're fat, guys! Yes, they were teenager like clothes, but I LIKE some of those clothes! So I stick my tongue out to those people who think I should "dress my age!" Nya nya nyah!
I got a zebbie cd carrying case
I got computer games from Kim. A silly kids game I was curious about. Zoo Vet. *grin* Me and animals. No
surprise there. Then the new Riddick game. Daaaark. Gonna be a hard one for me. And Kim got me something I would never even have looked at, so we'll see how that goes. It's a driving game called, um, I'll have to go look. Fast Track or something like that. *smile* She said it was fun so I'll give it a try. Tan and I are waiting for FEAR to come out. He said the demo was very cool and dark.
And I received a wonderful collection from Lord Chaos! The day before my B-day! I don't think he intended it
that way but it ended up that way! Wheeeeeeee!!!!! THANK YOU! HUGS!
And, there's stuff still coming in the mail for me. So I'm excited. *bounces and smiles wide!*
And Ed made me the absolute COOLEST B-day card. It's horrendous! Hee hee hee. He thinks his thumbnail
sketches stink when I think they're really very good! So he draws 'em for me anyway. *smile* Maybe one day he'll understand. *chuckle* To see the card, go here.
I also worked at Hobb's Grove for most of the day before doing some last minute shopping for Kim's gifties
and then going home and collapsing into Birthday mode. I put more webbing up in the spider hallway. That stuff takes forever to get the coverage I want. I'm afraid of putting up too much because I'm pretty darned sure that I'm going to have to repair it every day before we open.
I put more stuff in the Taxidermist room. A dog skeleton now graces a shelf, along with a mounted flying
monkey. (NO, not THAT kind of mounting you perverts! *chuckle*) Pig feet. A few torn off pig heads - veins and popped eyeballs and all. Icky icky icky!
And today? On my real birthday?
I slept.
I spent a little time cleaning up a fake arm. It had flashing all over it so it needed trimming. To see it, go
here. I
think it's pretty neat looking roughly cleaned up. I'm going to paint it with shades of green to make it look like a merperson's arm. Wheeeeeeeee!!!
And now I'm gnawing on left over pizza. Nummmmmmmmm.
