Okay. Some updatin' due, aye?

Okay. Hobb's Grove went great. The best year ever. So good that we actually had to shut the gates twice on
Saturday and Sunday. Whew! That's NEVER happened. Looks like the place is becoming popular! So cool!

Ed's puppet, Grover was a definite hit.

I was, unfortunately, pretty sick most of the time, fighting off a pretty bad cold. I kept it at bay for the run but
as soon as it was over, WHAM! I had an asthma attack. *shakes head in exhasperation* Figures. I'm just now
feeling much better which is a good thing because I have my foot surgery next Thursday. (Ick. They're putting
in a pin! And then removing it in three weeks. Ick…Ick…Ick.)
But hopefully my foot will stop hurting and I'll be able to wear pretty shoes again rather than keeping my foot
taped and only able to wear high top tennis shoes or boys work boots. Yeah, my feet are small so they're cute
at that size but you just don't wear those kinds of shoes with a dress. Not a formal, anyway. *grin*

Drum roll, please…

Dreamwalk, our on-line comic was placed on the Belfry comic list! Woo hoo! And before it's "new" status had
faded (fourteen days, I believe) it had become a "fav!" Double WOO HOO! Now I don't know what all that
means--as in, does the owner of the Belfry pick his favorites or is it from the hits or what? Either way, I am
very excited! And our readership has definitely gone up. Ed's grinning a lot.

I have enough strips put together for up to mid-December. Looks like I better get going and stay way ahead of
the game. We usually want to be more than just a month ahead, but working Hobb's Grove put me behind.
So that's what I'll be doing tomorrow. And, maybe, just maybe, if Ed has the images finished, I'll post some stuff
into "What the Hell is That?" on the website. *grin* It looks like he's been playing around with images of
honeybee internal anatomy. Ew. But it's very accurate and real. That's Ed. He always tries to do his research.
